Yes I believe you can, its something to do with Internet sharing on your laptop... I would advise against it though as I'm not sure of how good the speed would be, you're better off plugging an Ethernet cable direct from the 360 into the router.

Obviously it'd be slow but i was just wondering if in theory it'd work

I hope that it is MGS5 or similar but i doubt it would be, MGS4 was not released that long ago (according to game lifespands) and is doing succeful, i would rather see something new, but just as great as MGS, maybe an FPS or RPG.

For what the best "capable graphics" of a rendering engine (not saying that a comptuer will play it)

Crysis of course if the best (Warhead too)

But no computer is really capable of those Crysis vs. Life picture with decent FPS, Gamespot themsefls actually rated MGS4 higher than crysis graphical wise, i play MGS4 and i have to say that it really is amazing, but Killzone 2 looks better almost, it's just Killzone 2 is really dark which makes things look better... but if you don't believe me about the gamespot thing watch "The best of 2008" video and it rates Crysis (i think Warhead also or maybe just warhead) but MGS4 got better :P

Get Crysis Maximum Edition, it's Crysis + Warhead + Crysis Wars.

Sordidus

I've decided to go with crysis, and i might get that because it's just killing 2, actually 3 birds with one stone, then i'll get Fallout 3 and i'll hold of on Far Cry 2 since no one has reccomended it. Also i don't like the GTA games, but the crysis demo, just that level i play over and over again for fun... thanks for all of the comments and replies!

I've always been a fan of "sandbox" or "open world" games and i played crysis demo which was kind of like that but i really loved the destructable enviroment, adn at the end of the month i'll have enough extra to buy Orange Box and 1 more game and i wanted a game that fits what i just listed, and i named a few in the topic title that looked that way, which one should i get? Any other reccomendations?

Okay so i just got a new laptop (i know laptops aren't gaming computers) and i put the crysis demo on there, and it runs it on high with medium res or very high with low res (the one up from 800x600) and i was wondering, is the full game worth it? I saw it for $20 and was thinking about picking it up. Also i wanted to know what other "must have" games are out there today. I have not been able to game on a pc in a long time because my old computer was so old the graphics card had to pixel shader! So i recenlty bought COD: WaW and that's fun but looking to expand my collection. Btw, i am a real fan of RTS and FPS games. And i like some turn based games like CivIV and i have been searching for a city builder as good as Sim City but have never found one...

I tried to duel boot with xp today but it gives me an error every time i boot from the cd (before installtion begins), it goes to a BSOD that says
Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

Technical information:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78D2524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

And this is before the license agreement or anything, just when it is loading drivers!!! I really want to duel boot but it isn't working!!! Any help???

I wasn't really sure where to post this but i did not want to sign up for another website... i went to my computer properties after installing new drives for my laptop, then i click on "Windows Experiance Index" and i was going to go to update my windows score to see if it improved, But strangly that list with the ratings for individual parts did not show up, the page is just blank? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you downloaded any programs recently that might be conflicting with it?

Legendaryscmt
nope

Punk Buster error maybe?

thenidhogg
nope Everything was working fine and then all of the sudden this starts happening, i have not downloaded anything new, no virus, and punkbuster is working... i'll try to re-intstall and see if that fixes it.
