Does teh Xbox Elite play Blu-Ray disks or HD DVDs? Because I wsas thinking of getting one for my birthday and the deciding factor is what type of DVD it plays.

all xbox 360 consoles still play HD DVD. Microsoft has said that they dont plan to change the 360's disc format to blu-ray ever.

Yea game looks great, its just too bad that they removed a key element from the star wars series (Light Saber) and used a glowing baseball bat. Other than smacking storm troopers with a batton the game looks alright.sr_darkzodiac

the lightsaber is still there. infact you get to collect crystals to change the colour and power of it, similar to the way it works in KOTOR i guess.

Any chance microsoft will release a blu-ray dvd attachment?

Would definitely solidify their position as an entertainment system IMO.

Just wondering since it'd probably around the same price as the HD DVD attachment, making it about 120 cheaper than a blu-ray player.

they definately wouldnt make it that cheap. the only reason why the HD DVD attachments are that cheap is because blu-ray won the format war in the first place.
