We don't exactly know how FFXIII is going to work (or i missed the info), but most likely it will be closer to FFXII. Now Last Remnant (from what i've seen) is partially. It will be a huge battle (with friendly AI doing their own stuff), but it is still based on turns. Other stuff will be going on, but your moves still happen in turns (from the videos i've seen with the turn list in the upper corner).
Other than that i think all the Turn-based RPGs have already been made.
