Condemned had its sweet moments, but I never did finish it xD I wish I could see Jess's reaction to this game xD Convenient time to get the flu xD Maybe some other time, when they make it to the mannequin level :D
@Alecmrhand I completely agree with every point you make. I saw this was IGN's best story of the year and since I love a good story, I played it. You pretty much described what I thought of it. I understand that the subject matter might feel close to some people's hearts, but there's nothing else to make the game exceptional. I have to admit that the house was designed quite well and it was a fun hour exploring it, but it will probably take less to forget it xD I guess I kind of feel cheated, because I thought it would be much more to the story and I was left disappointed. Really surprised it created so much fuss.

But great show, as always, guys :P You should try the Shalebridge Cradle level in Thief 3 sometimes, I remember I thought it was pretty scary and atmospheric when I played it ^^
OMG! I had to check the date and make sure it's not 1 April xD Good news for the game, though the AH was convenient in a way, just too unrestricted and hence overpowering the gameplay.

You know, the fact that Gamespot (or anyone else) didn't gave the game a 10 won't make it any less awesome. And you're the ones making a big fuss out of the women's portrayal thing, it was hardly even mentioned in the review. So, WTF guys, stop acting like a teenage Twilight fan who was told Robert Pattinson isn't that attractive xD
You're totally right about them not aiming games at girls enough! That's exactly what I have been thinking lately. They sure are missing out on a lot of customers.
I very rarely play games that are considered "girly" xD Well, there's that one dressup site... but anyway xD That's an exception xD Girls would play much more games if developers sometimes didn't go out of their ways to exclude them xD They don't advertize to girls, they often go for male leads exclusively... it's not sexist, but it's limiting the target audience by half. And aiming at girls won't require them to put ponies in it for f's sake xD Just put a cool female lead so we have someone to identify with xD Like ME and Fallout and Diablo did recently :P
