I hate getting 100% in a game and they go and add DLC achievements...

Keep that ish separate. Not everyone has the money or wants to buy the DLC

When I get my Xbox One. Will I have to buy GTA V again? and start from scratch?

Capcom are releasing a lot of bull-isht right now. I pray for this games life because it really is a fun game to play. I'll be keeping an eye on this one, don't fail us again Capcom
