@biggnol908 @M3o5nster If Microsoft is paying for it, they can make it themselves. Capcom doesn't have to make a game just because they are paid and don't want to make it.
@haonthegreat @Ragnawind they just got the specs with the partnership, according to that quote. The PS4 has practically identical specs, but faster RAM. There is still no reason for an exclusive. The porting between the 2 systems requires minimal effort if any at all.
@FAIL_RETURNETH @VenkmanPHD @DVONvX @Cl0ud there are plenty of people having problems with sony and nintendo exclusives when they are developed by a 3rd party developer, rather than a first-party developer. Capcom is definitely NOT a Microsoft 1st-party developer, either and that is a fact.
@experience_fade @DVONvX not really true. Capcom DOES publish their own games and this could be no different. Nothing legally can prevent them from publishing their own game themselves.
it still doesn't explain why it isn't coming to PS4, as well, considering their specs are so similar nothing much is needed to port between the 2 consoles. Unless companies like Square Enix are lying about that which is their reason for bringing FFXV, a PS exclusive, and KH3 to the X1, as well. Dead Rising 2 and Off the Record came to PS, also, which makes it even worse that they are saying it will be exclusive to MS again, especially since PS3's Off the Record, the latest game, sold better on Sony than Microsoft.
Pretty pathetic way to make stuff up, Microsoft. The government gets data from anywhere without permission from the providers all the time, especially in the USA
