If you pre-order in the store then they'll give both to you right then and there.

I just checked GameStop.com and this is what they say:

"Pre-Order Turok for the Xbox 360 and receive a Free Demo disk and T-shirt! Supplies are limited. Demo disk and T-shirt will ship with the game. In Store customers will receive the demo disk with pre-order."

So it looks like when they ship the game they'll send you the shirt and demo with the final game. That's kind of pointless and stupid. If I were you I'd go to your local store and pre-order to get the demo ASAP.
