@Adavanter very, very well said! I too 'am proud to see that the gaming community isn't a bunch of mindless drones like so many would call us. Though I preordered a PS4 and will be likely focusing all my funds to that system I must tip my hat to Microsoft for admitting when they are wrong and giving their fans and consumers what they want.
I have to be honest I hated my Wii, but I do like my Wii U. I worry that once PS4 and Xbox One come out that the Wii U will once again be behind the curve. We're seeing a lot of ports from games that are also on PS3 and Xbox 360 however once the new systems come out I don't think the Wii U will have enough power under the hood to continue easily porting games over.
@Madtownbadger I agree it's a shame that Nintendo didn't launch the system with a stronger 1st party presence. It's also a shame so many 3rd party developers have sworn off the system for the foreseeable future.
I own a Wii U and I like it but I still preordered a PS4 because power and graphics mean a lot to me. Afterall more power means you can do 'more' with your system in general and developers can make 'more' with 'more' power. 'More' is better!
So here is what you get by paying him to consult for you: "Don't stir up the public negatively on the internet."
Also I think it's funny that they say we'll find out why he 'left' Microsoft. We all know in reality he didn't 'leave' he was axed quietly and says he 'left' to save face. You can see that the 'mob' as he refers to us the public was right all along. Microsoft just announced that it won't be always online (because of public out cry). Hey Orth: #inyourface & #dealwithit
@madgame23 Good point, I ALWAYS wash my hands after handling mail or money, its just a habit, I do it within seconds of handling the stuff (I also carry around hand sanitize in my car if I'm on the go).
@Jebril I agree, I'm not a fan of Kinect in any form or fashion. I do however like my Wii U's game pad and 'am looking forward to getting a Vita and a PS4 to do the same thing with that system.
I'm on the fence but the more Xbox One news I hear the less I want it. At this point the only thing that'll save them in my mind is if they have some amazing exclusive games. However if SOE announces that Everquest Next will be on PS4 well then they already won me over at that point.
