The left? You mean the group most accepting. Moral Law? That's rich coming from someone who supports two immoral individuals......trump and kavanaugh.

You don't vote America. You vote wealthy privileged America. Two different things.

Hmm

So you mean the side that literally began to hate the Republicans more and more..... so I am sure you want to correct that statement, to "most accepting of their own political views and opinions"

Republican is NOT a protected class. And I have not seen ANY Democratic president stand up and demonize the opposition party like the Republican president has been doing.

My comment was not about political views however and it would serve you well to read comments before incorrectly responding to them and making an ass of yourself.

So again you meant acceptance against "groups who share or are of their own political views and opinions" ... you should really correct that false statement then since the left is clearly not "most accepting"

Like I said if you had reading comprehension it's cultural priorities.

Nice deflection and I love watching you far-leftists be triggered.

It's a true democracy that's for sure.........states are land. If you want to break it up by location then the EC should NEVER be winner take all. Counties should get the EC votes by population. Not give rural America a bigger say than well populated cities.

Not going to get into the EC with you since this is about a clearly false narrative created by upset leftists who either deliberately is trolling everyone, or missed more than a one civics class.

Senators are voted in by the public end of story. So the linked tweet is a lot of BS.

Senators following an unpopular president. Of course you aren't getting into the EC. You don't understand how it works. You don't give a damn if we all have a vote that counts the same or not. You're not a fan of democracy. You're a fan of ONE side only.

You clearly do not understand America or why there is an EC. It was never meant to suit your mob rule ideas, so of course, everyone else is wrong.

Also, the senators are bound by their own convictions and if you do not like it, go vote and vote for someone else if you do not like the senator you have. And I will do the same and you have zero say in what my state picks and you never should have any say unless you live here.

It´s like Graham said, move to the state if you are unhappy with the way the majority of the people in that state votes.

You know what America is? a hint ´s not a country it´s a republic and a union of states with their independent governments.

Also, it looks like even at the NYT and Washington post that we have journalists who never even attended a civics class ever.

Asians are actually overrepresented in the Ivy League by a larger margin than whites.

Well, that is one opinion but it´s a common opinion and it´s echoed by the active discrimination done by most ivy-league universities.

Just imagine if that had happened to African-Americans where suddenly they are judged by different things then their counterparts, all because Asians have a higher cultural based intelligence than anyone else.

Racist much? Anyway cultural does translate to intelligence. It can translate to priorities...but not intelligence.

Racist as to what? and do you even understand what cultural intelligence means?

No they accuse conservatives because they are doing it......it's just that the base is turning a blind eye to and supporting them. If the rest of the country gets off their asses and votes.........the conservatives are in trouble.

So get out and vote America.

The left has divided the country. They divide blacks and whites. They divide men and women. They divide genders. They divide everything they touch for political gain. They destroy everything they touch for political gain. This last two weeks they destroyed moral law and written law which has been part of our culture for centuries. Now we are the party of rape, of course pay no attention to the man behind the green curtain. I have voted in every election since 1967 and I vote American every time.

Exactly. I'm glad you agree. Their purpose is to prevent employees from sharing competitive secrets with their competitors, not to lock sandwich makers and cashiers from taking another job. That's why they must be properly scoped to relevant employees and relevant competitors.

Well, if a sandwich maker really does do that and uses them for that reason, I would like to know which court in the land would allow that one? or have they been tested at all?

But anyways I get why you would be against them being used like that, but again it´s a free market and that sandwich shop within reason thanks to the free market can use them as he wants.

It's not an opinion, it's borne out by statistics.

"Higher cultural intellegence?" Okay, racist.

No it´s your opinion.

Also racist? do you even understand that word or do you just use it when you get proven wrong?

And do you really disagree with the facts that Asians obtain on average a much higher score on their SAT´s

@tryit: white privilege does exist, mainly because the employers are all white, the bosses are white, the politicians are white. It helps to be white in a white man's world , but that definitely isn't everything. Tribalism does exist and people will associate more with people they relate to. I don't think that's a problem. Black privilege exists as well, you see in the rap industry becoming a rapper when you're white is much harder.

In any case, if you're good at what you do, privilege doesn't matter. That's why Eminem is one of the most famous rappers. It's why Asians have better pay than whites. Privilege exists for sure but how hard you work and how much you push yourself will ultimately determine your lot in life.

White privilege is a myth.

It does, but I don't suspect that I will convince you of anything, ever.

No, it doesn´t, its a myth people use to justify not succeeding in life.

@Jacanuk: "So considering that the employer invests a lot of money, time etc, why should they not be able to secure their investment?"

That isn't what these clauses are for. That's akin to indentured servitude.

That is your opinion but that is not what the clauses are for. in the real world, these clauses are to protect the company against the damage trusting the wrong person can lead to. So no it´s not servitude since a clause rarely covers the entire country or is allowed to be that widespread.

It´s the free market at its core and being against that is like being against the free market.
