So news has surfaced around System Wars of a rather unfortunate curiosity.

Imagine for a minute if this went to conceiveable extreme and any act of violance, theft etc. one would commit in a videogame were treated as a literal crime in the real world. Safe to say we'd all be doing HARD time. So ''Stop right there criminal scum!!'' and confess your dirty deeds now, as the court of law may act kinder on a confession. :)

Personally I'd be up for (in no particular order)

Mass Murder/Manslaughter- GTA, Saints Row, The Darkness etc.

Genocide- Mass Effect, Fallout etc.

Grand Theft Auto- GTA (duh), Saints Row, Just Cause.

Animal Cruelty- Modern Warefare, Viva Pinata.

Possession of W.M.D's- Fallout.

Rape- Halo, Gears, Killzone, LittleBigPlanet, Viva Pinata (I was not gentle).

Child Cruelty/Murder- Bioshock, Viva Pinata.

The list is endless, safe to say I'd plea for instanity. On the bright side ''Droping the soap'' wouldnt be an issue as even the most hardend sicko would pale at the sight of my convictions. :P

[QUOTE="ImOldGreg"]Theres nothing wrong with the ''Playstation 3'' name, Its just the Iconic title that Sony went for. I thought that ''Xbox 360'' was quite clever actually, as in a complete revolution and surrounding the player in the experiance. Same with the Wii as in ''Us, enjoying it together'' and so on, also the way its spelt with two i's as in two little people. Though I still giggle at the name every so often. :Pjalexbrown
Even after all this time, a little part of me dies inside every time I say "Nintendo Wii."

It's called your inner child, and he cry's everytime your foul, vulgar mind probes and pokes the obscene corners of your perverted nature. :)

[QUOTE="ImOldGreg"]Tekken!! And horay for the Smashing Pumpkins mexicangordo!...WTF is billy trying to do in that picture? :?raskullibur

A nod to the Pumpkins on SW? Thats a first. And that picture was taken in 1995 when Billy was losing his hair, during the Mellon Collie era. He has his arm's shaped like an O to represent Zero, which no one knew at the time. ;)

I love Smashing Pumpkins... Now playing 1979 and Bullet with Butterfly Wings.

Big fan of them myself, From Rhinoceros to Try try try to Billy's solo work and Zwan. Though I thought I didn't know he actually lost his hair, I thought it was his own choice to get rid of those long lusterous locks of his! :P Where they ever featured in a guitar hero or rock band?

I always like it when graphics present me with something that I had never seen before. Sure games like Killzone 2, Crysis and Gears of War strive for realism, but when you look out at the world of Prince of Persia or one of the vistas of Brutal Legend, I always just stop and think of how the imagination is so complicated and beautiful. Stuff like that really captivates me...

Agreed, Whilst I'll admit the new Prince of persia was a flawed experiance, the first time I watched a coruppted land purify, my eyebrows shot streight up, those darkness creatures, the way they move and the color of the liberated lands where all very fresh. And Brutal Legend was and is just one long treat for the eyes, start to finish. :)
