All i know its that logitech headsets, are more comfi than any otherheadset (i have ever tried:P). but razer got the best gaming sound, Thats why i have Steelseries Siberia which i would like to thinkfits right in between those two, making Steel Series the best headset! ;D

Clicking usaully comes from the Hard drive, you should probably open the case and take a look inside. I had a clicking noise to so i opened the case and just Vacuumed and basically cleaned it, no idea if the cleaning helped tho but atleast the clicking stopped :P

I paid 69$, and its worth it, and i would have easily paid more for it.:D

The best online multiplayer I have ever experienced.....by far, yes way better than COD4
