@timoteo2k1 You have a warped idea of how long it takes to make games, and how likely a company would be to do so merely to satisfy a minority of players in a country that's barely a blip on Ubisoft's radar. This was the real single player DLC from the beginning, and those minor scraps scattered in the special editions were just pared off.
@DragonbornBoy86 I realise it's frustrating to buy something thinking it was something else, but the thing you paid for is the one that drip-feeds you the DLC in pieces. That's what "Season Pass" means: access to the full range of extras released over a period of time. Maybe you missed the anger when the industry started using season passes a few years ago.
I didn't buy Ubi's AC3 pass, because I don't play the multiplayer and I didn't want to get the SP in bits, so I'll wait for a Steam sale on the TOKW dlc or a sale on the deluxe version of the game with all the stuff included. If I pick the right moment I'll get it for a fraction of the cost.
@dbzpranav Haha! It's juicy stuff for a historian though. I bet a lot of historians are drawn to the subject when they're schoolkids because of all the skulduggery, and then once it got their attention they stayed for the other details.
@Neo_Sarevok @WolfGrey "Murder is nothing to smile about"? If we treated murder with the reverence it perhaps deserves, you could wipe away most of the entertainment industry: books, games, music and film. He explained very well the weight with which the world treated the news of Lincoln's death at the time.
@Albelnox0 @shadowhunter0 Albelnox, this is my last reply to you. You can't just decide what you think I said at the time and then make an argument based on that, at least not without sounding mentally subnormal. I'm not saying developers should do what I want; I am saying I won't buy the unit at the current price, but if Sony wants to keep the price high then of course that's up to them. "Fantasy land" indeed.
@shadowhunter0 @Albelnox0 SHunter - I can pick up the 360 new (lowest memory model) for £130 - less than half what a Vita + memory card will set me back. I'm not saying it would be a choice for me between those two things - I'd be looking at either Vita or waiting for next gen - but I'm making a point about value comparisons using the 360 anyway.
@shadowhunter0 @Albelnox0 Also, bear in mind I live in the UK, where a Vita will set you back about £230 (about $370 USD) give or take, before you've even bought a memory card or a game, and it's no joke!
