Gearbox need to distance themselves from projects like this. It's mind blowing that the same dev can develop something like Borderlands and co-develop something as terrible as this. How does this happen, or maybe more importantly how has this happened again?
The success of the Wii has inflated Nintendo's ego a little too much. They aren't going to be able to strike gold twice in a row and their marketing department needs a complete overhaul. I will probably end up getting a Wii U but that is mostly because the idea of playing some old Snes, NES and other games on that tablet sounds pretty appealing, but I'm waiting to see what they are doing to do as far as first party titles go. Surely they must know that that is why people buy their consoles and why they would launch it with such a weak first party line up is beyond me.
If Nintendo made the Wii U backwards compatible with Wii games running them at HD reses then they would have sold so much more. I know I personally would love to play some of the games on the Wii but couldn't stand the blurriness of SD anymore particularly when blown up to the size of current HD TVs. As someone said further down, it is a big mistake to not have an event at E3 this year, Nintendo need to grab more core gamers these are the guys people come to when asking what system to buy and we aren't ever going to suggest a Wii U for your kid if we ourselves don't see any future in the platform. Nintendo need to learn how to use word of mouth to sell systems, surely that is how the Wii became so big.
The more I think about this the more it angers me. Religion seems to be more and more the go to excuse just to get your own way, or something that you want. People keep bending over backwards whenever someone links a complaint to religion and this is wrong. You can start to skew this logic in any manner you wish, I want a refund for that action movie because my religion doesn't approve of killing, I want a refund for this meal because I saw someone eat pork in this restraunt.
Can't tell you how disappointed in Valve I am for caving to this moron
