If it's IDE, check the cable (since you said you just changed it). Newer drive require the new type of IDE cable, the type that's before they only used with Hard Drive.

Jumper setting ? Master and Slave drive ? Check that too (SATA you don't need this)

Is everything connect? (obviously)

- It's cool to hate on Microsoft.

- Vista is the new Windows, and it's cool to hate on Windows too.

- System hog, new Windows is always a trick to get people to buy new hardware.

- Nobody see any significant improvement over XP. Anything that's XP lack, people cope with it using 3rd party software long ago.

- Exclusive DirectX 10, Exclusive "Vista only" games for no *beep* reason other than forcing you to upgrade.

- It sell tons of copy and rake in loads of money.

- Apple fan boy and their "it's just work" thingy.

- ... last and not least, it's hard to pirate, and the process involve messing with your Bios.

I never judge a mouse till I touch it.

But interchangable grip seem overkill.

should i get one for a quadcore? not going to oc it, if i dont get one i could save almost 50$ :P and im on a tight budget right now. would the stock cooler be enough? what would my temps be at idle? anyone know

So I tend to buy good mouse. Im using the Mx518 right now. I think it's the best mouse in the market right now in term of design and tracking.

I don't know about the new blue G5. The old gray one lack one button, and the laser technology is not mature yet.

Kojima should just pull out a blank DVD, slap the MGS4 sticker on it and give it to Microsoft.
