[QUOTE="sabru8"][QUOTE="Cool-AN"][QUOTE="Ranger_x8b"]Honestly, I totally forgot he left. :P Does that make me a bad user?Sharvie
Yes, yes it does.

For real.....How could you forget that he left?

True, his leaving blog post got more than 1,000 comments.

I moved from IGN to GS because of Greg's reviews, but I totally forgot he left until I read this thread.

Bad customer experience storygodofratz
They don't take them back because they figure you copied the game and want to get your money back, not because of copyright rules. They should allow you to exchange it for the same game, though. I hear you about not wanting to give THQ the money, but there's really not much you can do about it.

When is the last time any company has ever pulled a move like this with a console? Microsoft is so worried about the Australian market that they'd introduce a vastly superior console to what they have all over the globe, without announcing ANYTHING a month beforehand? Total crap.

I know peopl who stoped playing video games, because there girl friends made themAlexRA
Those poor, poor men. My girlfriend and I still play videogames, and we're both in our late 20's. I think I'll always play games, but the types of games I play will change over time. I'm getting tired of the Final Fantasy-style of RPGs, and am gaining interest in online, multiplayer games. So I think I'll likely pick up a 360 at some point this year and start playing online more. I did get sick of playing games a couple of years ago, so I stopped for about six months. Once I recharged my batteries, I got right back into them.

It's certainly a neat feature, but I just can't figure out how it's useful. There are so many users on this site creating content that the pulse becomes a scattershot of random information. What am I supposed to do with a scrolling list of updates if they jump from blogs about Tomb Raider, to webcasts about XBL achievement points, to forum posts about Avatar: The Last Airbender? People have mentioned the need for categories and filtering, but I think the entire concept for the Pulse falls into the category of "nifty technology that's not useful for the user."

I've read over this several times in different iterations, and Sentinel has nailed it. Now that I'm much more active in the Unions I've joined, I'm constantly frustrated with how difficult it is to navigate and find good information in them. This overhaul addresses just about every complaint that I currently have and should be seriously considered as the new way to handle unions and their content.

I have the good taste emblem (barely), and I'm about 7 games shy of the serious collector emblem. I'll probably lose the good taste, however, because I bought a bunch of 7 and low 8 rated games at Circuit City this week (Ultimate Spider-Man & Hulk: Ultimate Destruction for $9 each!)

Got a pretty nice setup. HD TV, PS2 (2 of them), Xbox, couch with a chaise lounger...
(edit: I guess the picasa web pics are a little wonky.  Sometimes they work)
