Goes to show how screwed this movie is considering Ron Howard had to reshoot the entire thing, Effectively doubling the budget. There's a reason that they haven't marketed it at all with the release date a few months away, They know it's gonna flop. No one wanted it to begin with and then all this? Ha.
@MJ12-Conspiracy: It's totally different when you are paying for micro-transactions in a Free-To-Play game. Free-To-Play is built on that and it's to be expected, Same with most apps. It's entirely different when you are a company offering a full retail release along with multiple, more expensive, editions of the same game. And then you wanna hit people up with this loot box rip off in order to milk them for even more money.
Not gonna buy an EA game again that's for sure. Micro-transactions are nothing but a scam. Then you have their repetitive and unoriginal sports games that only change number and cover artist every year.
@spiddyman007: Really? because critically and commercially, EA Sports UFC 2 was a flop. That game was severely discounted after the first month and I've seen it on sale many times for just $13 (for the complete edition). That's the only reason it sold better than the first game and even then it wasn't by much. At the best, They're gonna sell maybe....maybe 2 million copies across all platforms.
Plus with the addition of lovely microtransactions, They may suck a few more dollars out of the real die-hard fans.
@superklyph: Yeah, They actually improved the game every instalment. Unlike EA, Who simply slaps on another number and cover athlete and calls it a day.
The AI in this game was laughably bad. Just in the 30 minutes of game footage I've watched, I'll see the AI opponent stand there, unmoving and without blocking. Where's the fun in fighting when it's so easy to capitalize on that? Also, This game looks like junk. EA Sports UFC 1 looked way, way better.
Looks like we got another EA paid review on our hands.
Haven't played the game since Update 2 and I still would like to see more done. They did a great job addressing the lag and bugs but visually, The game leaves a lot to be desired. Also, I'd like to see them come out with the new desert map sooner rather than later. It's pretty boring playing on the same map over and over again.
The last time I played this game was July 2016. I just downloaded it again today to see if there was anything different, There isn't. Well...there's a lot more things to pay for and you still get virtually no Pokemon to pop up around you unless use incense.
Gotta love when people complain that an early access game preview isn't perfect...morons. Anyways, I'm glad they keep putting out patches but I'm probably gonna wait for another 2-3 before I get back into the game. It's fun but it can get a bit boring at times. I will say though that all the patches have definitely improved the game.
