@bdous @Rennik_Repotsir Tomb Raider 3 has the best set of moves in terms of balance and how they are used in the level design, in my opinion. Nice selection of weapons and exotic destinations too. Its only flaw is the disjointed story.

I would only recommend getting Tomb Raider 1 and Last Revelations. Those two capture the real essence of tomb raiding.

@bluepuppy82 @l3igl3oss @juboner They´ll simply have to stick with what they have always done: develop great 1st party games. As for third party support, you should be happy the VITA is around, because both it and the Wii U can offer similar gameplay experiences, and you could hope for some ports between them. Hope, but Sony has to play it smart. Think of it like this: what if Sony didn't upgrade to a new console and focused on the VITA, leaving Microsoft the choice to continue with the 360 or upgrade to either a powerful console that shares games with PC or an in-between console that focuses on services and Kinect, for example, but at the cost of being the only of its kind, and thus limiting the number of 3rd party titles?

@juboner Well, if that was what you were thinking, it was a bit out of context given the comments you replied to. No problem though =)

@juboner @bluepuppy82 Not really, just think about it: Microsoft and Sony both live of other products they make, they can afford selling powerful consoles at a loss. Nintendo is a gaming company only, they want profits early on, so a Nintendo console as powerful as people's dreams for next gen would probably come with a steep price, for profits' sake.

@bluepuppy82 I think it's the case: "Nintendo has money for good graphics. Do you have money for Nintendo with good graphics?"

@Sleepyhun1 @Kjranu @Sk8rlink If hype alone can kill a questionable console (PS2 to Dreamcast) even without games and just the promise of good technology (DVD), and with backwards compatibility (PS1 games), then yes, people can hold on a bit more until the XBOX 720 is released. The Wii U will then be just an overpriced Mario and Zelda machine.

@Sk8rlink When the Wii U builds up a library as solid as the cheaper XBOX 360 or PS3, I believe new systems will be already out, with their own innovations. I fear for their future though, I don't want Microsoft following the tablet trend, they have Kinect, which is something cool if complemented with separate controller parts that add buttons to the experience. Sony just needs to focus on the VITA, and forget home consoles. With a hardware revision they should allow cheaper SD cards to be used, improve on the User Interface, tackle the lack of multi-tasking, and give it games, games and more games.

A game this good on so many platforms can only spell success for SEGA! Hopefully they're all good! Though, I wish they got the classic Sonic rolling and momentum gameplay down and made it 3D with one hell of a multi-platform game. Check out Sonic GDK on youtube and you'll know what I'm talking about. These spin-offs and celebration titles are great, but I crave for a great Sonic game! Hiro Yasuhara and Naoto Oshima are nowhere to be found in SEGA though...

I still think Microsoft needs to focus on Kinect for the next console, adding twin controller parts to complement our motions with buttons, bringing their popular genres along with it. Thinking about it, the Kinect can simulate a touch screen and do more things related to depth, and like those guys who play air guitar, you would be managing an air touch screen xD. It's one way to take the thunder out of Wii U's touch enabled controller, though it certainly will not have the portability factor of the VITA, but since it's almost unsupported, it shouldn't be a problem. No, I still believe game experiences should be different for home consoles and hand held devices, because for the latter I prefer side scrolling (or 2D) and top down view games (mostly RPGs) because there's no motion sickness to be had when playing on a train or bus.
