Hopefully they're not stupid enough to not have a jump button this time around, but then they were stupid enough the last time. Heavenly Sword has good tech people but they never had good game designers, whether in terms of combat or navigation, they just don't get what works and what doesn't.

For me, I get the very bad ending on Castlevania Symphony Of The Night again. The last game I beat that I've never beat before was Streets Of Rage 1. The twins always owned me. :? I'm also trying to beat Shinobi III (for the first time since I was a kid) and Mega Man 7 for the first time.

Hmm, my hype is starting to get raised again. When it was announced that Sonic was the only playable character I was pretty pissed. It gave me the impression Sega have been given the wrong idea by Sonic fans. In the 2D Sonics additional playable characters always made the games better. It was only the 3D games where non sonic gameplay was bad. But if the rumour is true that this is the first in a series of episodes then hopefully Tails and Knuckles will be added there. I like what they said about building momentum to get speed, just like the original games. Hopefully this means there's actually going to be some great platforming gameplay and not just a speed only mentality to the game. Great platforming with speed elements is what made sonic great, and I have high hopes that needlemouse will bring this back.

I've never been disappointed by a Molyneux game because I know that they'll all suck. :)
