honestly, just because im a hardcore gamer at heart. i wanna play everything that looks good to me. like i said befdore, i prefer my ps3 as a system more, and some of its exclusives, but occasionally theres something for the xbox that i wanna grab too. definitely not a fanboy here, just a gamer :)

there was just information kinda leaked recently on the resident evil: racoon city disc. screens of what appeared to be a new battlefront... anyone know the details or seen the screens? i believe they were posted on here... or playstation mag...

i own both but i prefer my ps3. and ill buy both future game consoles as well. one thing that i havent seen mentioned that gave microsoft a huge advantage was the fact that it used the same basic programming tools that the original xbox had. ps3 was entirely new, and if you google some old articles you'll see how dev's talk about how difficult it was to program and get the full potential of the system. that being said, unless the game is an exclusive, the games are generally made on xbox dev kits and ported over to ps3. sony would be wise to consider using similar architecture/programming to get more exlusives.

i think its safe to assume that if u preorder this, that u have played a previous game in the series. so obviously there is an S ton of people that like the game. haters are always gonna flame and hate people/things that are successful. wether the game is good/fun or not is a matter of opinion. although most game reviewers rate it fairly high...

@jose2390 and what if god isnt real? then you just wasted your entire life being a horrible person. so for the sake of argument, instead of judging others maybe you should bite your tongue and let god decide what is right or wrong if thats what u believe. just sayin... cant wait for the bible thumping to begin.....

i like the good christian view on this... its evil, wicked, wrong... great. now go pop out some kids, brain wash them with ur christian views and riase them to criticise, judge, and bully homosexual people. because thats very christian. personally i love the choice. im a straight man and i prefer to play female characters whenever there is a choice. big jugs and booty are more enjoyable to me if im gonna stare at a character all day. and the choice to have some awesome girl on girl action? thank you bioware!

got em both. and i like them both for different reasons. if im playing by myself i prefer CODMW3. fast action and i run around like a badass one man army. If im playing with friends i prefer BF3. we all log on and can do stuff as a team.

@ChromeBallz well said. unfortunately i think its over the heads of most of these kids and/or uneducated adults. @junglist101 dont think re-reading is going to help them understand any better. @kengetz321 the video games industry makes more money than the music and movie industry. in just to help iterate your point. pc gaming has been hacked far more and for much longer of a time than any of the current consoles and it is the most popular form of gaming. it also a format for indie developers and amateur programmers to use other peoples works to build new and innovative games and entertainment. which is loosely what the article was about. unfortunately most of the people on this forum dont understand this and dont seem capable of comprehending.

@maxwell97 i like that not all of your "facts" are facts but just you saying stuff. generalities at best or opinions. regardless, no one is pressing charges against hotz because he hasnt broken any laws. sony is TRYING to sue him in civil court which is for monetary purposes. if u actually read sonys terms of service and the "facts" surrounding the case, you would know that sony isnt nessicarily going to win this case. lawyers in the u.s. and japan have offered to defend hotz because of the way sony is trying to twist the wording of the TOS in their favor, and also trying to claim rights over hardware sold to consumers that may be deemed illegal on sonys part. educate yourself before you open your mouth, you dolt. "Hotz is a whining, sophomoric, self-important idiot" hotz cracked the iphone and the ps3 in his teen years from home. what have you done in your awesome life?

everyone keeps saying that hotz leaving the country makes him look guilty. HES ON VACATION!!!!!!!! google it. because hes not in a criminal case. he hasnt broken the law. sony is suing him in civil court. hes in south america on vacation because he super stoked that he jailbroke the ps3 and making all kinds of kids cry on the internet.
