Jediknight if i'm right made a threat on the Zeta boards towards a member of the forum.

TT implicated doing the same thing and even used the phrase "Pull a Jediknight."

If i'm also correct Jediknight did some stupid sh't on the WOTU boards but that doesn't gain influence to any of this as far as i'm concerned. I was using the example of the threat implicated by Jediknight as the same warning TT was going to issue, which in my mind is a threat to even warn it was going to happen in which he can argue all he wants, it's still the same meaning.

And clearly you don't understand me. Threats should take motive over my situation by they didn't and these were conducts that JML put into place as being a serious issue, yet i was forced out of the picture and TT was taken more lightly. And dude don't tell me i shouldn't of started anything i didn't, flick through the previous page and read it yourself. Nothing i did made me warrant a ban but obviously i'm not talking to the right person who understands that. I finished what other people had started and none of it was a big deal to anyone but those looking for means to punish me for something they actually haven;t found a reason for yet.

Those that read it will care enough because they would bother to in the first place.

The whole k-pop,Dragon ball z thing you picked up on is ridiculous because it doesn't offend anyone. I have not struck out and attacked people on liking it i have mearly stated time and time again i don't and people actually warm to the idea of it being a running joke. Obviously you don't get that side of the coin and see it as something more serious.

This as a collective Cpman should be brought to peoples attention way before this incident with Poka's account happened and maybe it would sound like a more viable reason to ban someone but it's not. You nit pick at little things that matter to no one in order to try and build up a collective of information that you might think will go all into one jar and fixate the decision. However most of the community won't sit there on their own stead and send you a PM by themselves complaining about those sort of situations unless you asked them to.

In the past this may have been the case, but since my return from the last perma ban it hasn't been so you can build that collective all you want, your justification still isn't orderly. IT's simple there was no reason to ban me this time, it's painful for you to even go through the process of trying to find something.

Look whatever your choice i really don't give a sh't what you do. Your RT was great and that's the only thing worth hanging onto, but part from that i'm tired of trying to explaining your wrongs.

Oh and Cpman heres another one for you .When Jediknight was banned for making threats, JML said something along the lines of " Death threats are a serious issue for a cause of ban and will not be taken lightly."

However it seemed on this occasion you have stated that i had more cause of being banned than someone who initially had the idea of using a threat to get his own way or merely implicate his anger towards the adminship.

So i guess threats aren't as serious as hatred with out any actual reason to ban myself. Some of you need to go back to the drawing board on this for future purposes.

Now TT will tell you a whole bunch of sh't that won't actually do much for him. He'll tell you he sent the warning of a threat to JML 4 hours before and he didn't threaten,it was a warning and the time difference makes no change to the stance of his ban, he came to me first still doesn't change anything.

I'm pretty much done here.

Cpman my comments in the past month have either been EXACTLY the kind of comments TGO2 would of left for anyone or they were arguing in defence of an argument that they simply couldn't elaborate on.

For your information, SKbrett was bored of the forums long before i sunk my teeth into him months ago. But since my last ban i have done nothing to warrant any kind of pre cautionary measure against me with my comments involving him. Partly i'll admit because he hasn't been active enough for to care and when he has been those comments were as i said "Anything TGO2 would of left behind." I'm sorry but people must suffer equal measures if you're going to use this system properly and you haven't.

No one used the system of banning properly on this occasion and i won't go against spideynerd because i feel as if he doesn't really care either way. You can have an anonymous decision together but your basis on that decision was wrongly taken in my stance.

If this was fair play i wouldn't bother taking my time out to enlighten you on a situation even you didn't fully understand. But it wasn't and you can close that case as much as you'd like, majority may rule but under false pretence.

I'm grateful you can shed your views on the situation aswell Fromage and for the respect you've just given me for reading through my post.

I'm no saul goodman, but there was so much for everyone to see i thought i had to label it in my own defence and so everyone else wondering what happened could fully understand the situation.

At this point in time JML i'm not going to do what Kirby does for you and sit back here and see one side of the story because i've seen both. But from here on out i will see for myself.
