That's just.. weird. I mean, it's ok if it's something that you mutually consider normal, but otherwise it's normal to at least let someone know that you'll be on their doorstep or just wandering into their house. Probably worth mentioning it casually or jokingly next time you talk, otherwise it will result in arguments.
Could be health problems possibly? Anyway, regardless of all our opinions on Mac vs PC, iDevices vs everything else, he has long been at the helm one of the most iconic and successful technology giants and it's a shame to see him go. Speaking as a 'PC fan'.

I'd like to try it, but it's basically impossible to get invites. I use Facebook to keep in contact with people since everyone stopped using instant messaging, but I hate it. I'd like to try something new; that I can hate a little less.
This just happened to me, and I'm still shaking now. I went over to the light switch, and turned it off. Suddenly, the room was filled with darkness. I literally couldn't see a thing. Thankfully I managed to locate the switch again, and light was restored. I sure won't be sleeping tonight.
I very rarely make threads. I'm guessing that since 2003 when I joined, I've made about 1 per year; you see I have this irrational fear of thread failure, either through a lack of responses, or a mass of criticism.
