If they could re-format the controls perfectly on the first two games and then add additional bonus content I think it would be worth making... otherwise I think we've had enough Gamecube games on the Wii and I'd prefer to move on. Also, Nintendo isn't really known for re-releasing collections of games outside of Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES, so I don't think it's that likely. If they do anything I'd like to see them remake Super Metroid or the original game on the Wii, but I doubt that will happen.I'd rather see a new "saga" emerge after Prime 3, probably somewhere close to the end of the Wii's lifespan.

I agree, Gamerscores are essentially useless for anything but bragging rights so I don't know why Microsoft would choose to carry them over. However, I'm sure some sort of similar feature will be included in the third X-Box--hopefully one that has real rewards for achievements.

I don't know... while I doubt Nintendo would release a successor to the DS THIS year, I think it's a good possiblity that one might come out some time in '08. I don't think system sales alone matter as much as most seem to think since the GBA was THE fastest selling video game console of all time and it only had a 3 year lifespan (2001-2004). Adding on to that the fact that there's been a lot of speculation that Sony is working on a PSP2 I think the possiblity of a DS successor in next year or so is highly probable. Sure Nintendo hasn't announced anything yet, but remember that they also didn't even hint towards the DS until early '04.

If you don't have Zelda get that, I spent almost 60 hours going through this game the first. Meanwhile, SPM is fun but I beat it in like 2 weeks and I don't think I ever died. What's up with everyone liking the Godfather so much? I haven't tried it, but at a glance it doesn't seem like it's THAT good of a game, should I take a deeper look into it?

i could see Halo 3 being on 2 discs because i think it has more to do with the quality of cutscenes, graphics, etc. than the actual size of the game--hence the Resident Evil remake for the cube taking up 2 discs while larger games like Metroid & Mario only used one, i think that Blue Dragon game is actually supposed to be on 3 discs also, so maybe a lot more games will start using multiple discs.

The Ice Climbers and Mr. Game & Watch (just because they suck) and then Dr. Mario and Pichu (because they're too close to other characters to get their own set of moves); then i think that all existing clones should be given their own set of moves instead of copies, but i don't think this will happen because i'm gonna go ahead and assume that Zero Suit Samus is a clone of Samus, but i could be wrong

I tend to agree with reviews, but i never follow them EXACTLY, i just take what they say into consideration.  If the problems that the reviewer has with the game seem unfair (like a lot of Wii games being taken down for graphics when the system is just not capable of producing the graphics that compare to the 360 or PS3) i just ignore it.  But since most of Gamespot's reviews come AFTER the reviewer has played the ENTIRE game (or so it seems) i think it's a good source of judgment because a lot of games are great for the first couple of hours, but then sort of dwindle to crap after that.

I really hate Dr. Ryutu Kawashima from Brain Age, he won't stop yelling at me when I haven't played for a couple days and then whenever I just want to play a game of Sudoku he makes me draw random things to see how bad of an artist i am.
