That's really dumb. How much stronger of a bond do you want them to have with AAA studios when all of the games are available on the system?
And if you're going into the realm of third party exclusives you aren't taking into account the cost of those AAA titles over the cost of an indie title.
It's an indie title. You don't need a great PC to run these. Check your specs, I think there's a good possibility you should be able to play it (and the first).
People are so annoying. All I've read is constant bitching about a character we have not seen within the context of the game. Trust this guy to make it work and criticize the choice if it doesn't. Until then you have no point in your arguments.
Of course it won't match Call of Duty sales out of the gate. It might not ever match those number. The point should be to create and market a game so well that you remain profitable. If it outsells CoD, awesome. If not, as long as it keeps revenue coming in and lets you make a profit than go for it.
He can call it lazy and exploitative once the game is released and he plays it. For now he can sit back and wait for Kojima to finish the game like the rest of us.
