I'm not, but I still wouldn't play K&L over Uncharted. It's just not a very good shooter.

That might be your problem. Try unlocking more songs - I haven't had any trouble with getting a nice variety of songs to appear in the random lists.

Agreed. The improvemtents to gameplay and the increase in sheer intensity had more to do with Infinity Ward developing than it had to do with setting.
