there are specific games designed for the PS3 platform taking advantage of the PS3's capabilities which are different then 360 meaning it can't be done on 360

If you think there is some magic power the ps3 posesses you are misinformed and have no idea how ps'c\computers work. This game could easily be done on pc\360, don't kid yourself.
