no, but they should so they can hurry up with Warhawk 2Nengo_Flow+1. Warhawk was and is still so much better than Starhawk. I still play Warhawk sometimes. lol

They are a little biased towards certain brands, but you can learn alot from their reviews, previews and articles.
For me it would have to be the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. I played it after beating the game thinking it would be a tossed together add-on but had alot of fun playing it. I then heard they planned to make it a stand-alone game but scrapped the idea for some reason and just tagged it on with ME3. I would have bought it.
Also, after trading the game in months ago, I've had the craving to play it again, but no longer have the game :( lol
I agree you asked that question and was ignored on that front, but you still came (come?) off as an entitled douche in the OP. Never paid for PS+ myself and don't really plan on it personally. But yeah, dunno why you were still able to access the games after your subscription had ended, lucky glitch I guess.[QUOTE="Apocalypse324"] So to get away from all the keyboard warriors flaming me because they have a boner for PS+. I was online for about 2 months after my PS+ was up and they still worked. I wasn't stating as much that I was entitled to the games in my original post, I was more wondering if anyone else had this happen or if they knew when or why Sony decided to change this. I know for a fact I was online and playing those games once my PS+ subscription was up so I figured they were mine to keep. Then, after this most recent update after not playing for a little while I go on to play one of those games and it no longer works. Just seems like an odd change to make.

If I subscribe to Netflix should I get to keep every movie after I end my subscription?MethodManFTW
Thats douchey... At no time did I say I was entitled to those games. I just figured that I could keep playing them since I paid for PS+. Maybe they were a gift, maybe Sony just didn't know. But at no time did I say I deserved to keep them I just argued that it made more sense to come away with something after paying that much for PS+ compared to what you can get from Netflix for the amount you pay.
But again, getting back to the actual problem, Thank you for the actual insightful posts homegirl and Sophette. I guess if I want to play them I either get PS+ again and have the money go to waste when I can't play or I buy the games outright from the Playstation Store. Either way, in the end I think it has been explained, so thanks again to those who actually helped when it was asked for.
No its pretty much the exact same concept...just because one has fewer than the other doesn't make it different. You paid for a subscription for the service...it says when you get the free games they are only playable while your a PS+ member. If you resubscribe your able to play those games again. Amy game you did actually pay for...is still yours whether your a member or not.[QUOTE="Dysantic"]
Well considering how much it is for netflix and the thousands of video's to choose from it doesn't make much sense. Considering how much PS+ was and how few games there were to download for free it made a little more sense.
I understand your point, but it is 2 completely different things...

As for your question... Was your system online at any point from the time your subscription ran out? If it was offline than your PS3 might not have recognised the membership being up...once you signed on for the update it could've registered...

So I just came across something odd and I don't know how many other people will be in the same situation as me, but maybe someone can clear it up for me.
So I used to have PS+ a few months ago and got a bunch of games when I had it. Due to various resaons, I decided to cancel the subscription mostly because I anticipated not playing my PS3 very often for the coming months and my subscription was up. But to my surprise, after everything was said and done all of the games which were demo downloads and then had a free full game unlock through PS+ were still enabled on my system. I just figured it was something Sony either didn't know about, didn't care about or wasn't able to disable. I figured it was just their way of giving back after having PS+ so former members at least get to come away with something after cancelling their subscription.
Anyways, I just tried to load up one of those games today for the first time in about a month or so after downloading the 4.41 update today and all of those games are now back to their demo forms when I start them up even though before selecting them in the XMB they don't say demo or trial like they did before I got the full game unlocks. Anyone else experience this or know if Sony meant to do this? Kind of sucks because I really enjoyed some of those games and I technically did pay for them when I subscribed to PS+...
