@rushiosan Metacritic can be very unaccurate though. Some sites use a 5/5 rating, others use 10/10, some 100/100. a 4/5 for example could be anywhere between 71 and 89 according to metacritic, and they just average it out as 80. For the most part metacritic scores are 10 off of what the actual average probably is (if you use the 100/100 scale). Fun fact, Metacritic is run by the people who own Gamespot!
Scores don't matter I'm not even going to comment on the reviews 'number', it's the content that counts. That said this review does seem a little harsh. Belittling the game quite a bit for the one section you find really hard is kinda silly in my books, though I understand the point about the checkpoints, that can lead to a lot of frustration!
Wow, so negative. The console stays under or beside your TV for christ sake, like it really matters what the form factor is. That's just another company bad mouthing the competitor. Gain some respect.
I just have this image in my head of two Sony employees going "the fans are going to be SO happy when we announce the vita price drop and a new updated vita model!". Aha, in all seriousness though I hope it's a next gen console. As for what I want or predict, I don't. I want something that'll take me by surprise, something totally unexpected and original.
@BDL91 that's a very specific situation there, the majority of the people this review is for won't want to have their father play the game. They have to appeal to the majority. Endless corridor shooting is bad, it shows a lack of both variety and open mindedness on the game developers side though I can see in your situation it's not necessarily bad I guess. And true, some game developers don't have the funds, but this is Gearbox. They made Borderlands, they have the funds xD
@queuing_for_PS4 ... really? They're better looking on consoles yes, but there's no comparison to the PC version of Crysis 3 unless you included all the tech demos of future products.
