I dont know, average to smart? How can I make an unbiased judgement about that sort of thing about myself?
I am quite intelligent. I would really hope so given almost four and a half years of university. I'll only become more intelligent over time... since I plan on getting a doctorate and becoming a professor.
I'd say I'm pretty stupid, but then again I'm also a liar. So was I lying about being stupid? Hmmm, confusing.
Before I got into the university I used to think I was pretty smart. Now, I realize that I am just above average.
Same here. Before I got into the university I used to think I was pretty smart. Now, I realize that I am just above average.

Intelligence doesn't equal knowledge and wisdom.
Ya, I'd say I'm pretty smart. When I watch game shows, I know a lot of the answers. I should be on one. :P

He's right. Intelligence is reasoning.

Attending university makes one educated. It does not give one intelligence.Smart...
Not that school is necessarily and indicator, but atm it is the only applicable evidence at hand.
-I am four cla$$es away from degree number 4 and have only had 1 B in college (rest A's)
-I got paid to go to school because of my scholastic abilities/achievements
But, in all reality, someone would have to develop an intelligence test that only measures intelligence (not common knowledge and cultural tendencies) for us to have any reasonable conclusion about this
Intelligence is your capacity to learn; wisdom is the knowledge you have accumulated.
A 10 year old genius should score higher than me on an "intelligence" test, but that is not usually the case because most measure a combination of intelligence and wisdom.
I would love to see someone develop a pure intelligence test (only measures your capacity to learn)...would be fun to take IMO.
I feel like I'm above average, but my ADD and my extreme procrastination makes me on par with average. It really kills me because I know I can be a straight A student, but I just can't ever seem to stay focused on one thing at a time. I was just diagnosed with ADD and I hope the pills I take can help turn my life around. Without much studying through my life I've always been a B- student. Hopefully with these pills I can be the A that I know I can be.
