[QUOTE="SRTtoZ"]That would be incorrect, GDDR5 is good for some things, Bad for others. DDR3 is good for some things bad for others there is not some measuring stick where GDDR5 is all of a sudden down pat better than DDR3 otherwise we'd have seen PC's using it as main ram years ago when GDDR5 was released. Instead DDR4 is being worked upon and is expected to be released in 2013 to the market. perhaps for a multi purpose traditional pc that's true, but we are talking about machines dedicated for gaming and the charts supports it. As for DDR4 it doesn't matter since the xboxone has ddr3 and its a comparison between xbox1 vs ps4GDDR5 is better than DDR3. GDDR5 is also more costly but MS needed to cut corners when they wanted to include a motion sensor in the package.

X1 has 32MB ESRAM to patch the performance gap with GDDR5. can you back that up with some good article? so far all I found is that 32mb ESRAM wont be enough as per this link http://www.examiner.com/article/ps4-gddr5-ram-compared-against-xbox-720-ddr3-ram-and-esram not exactly the best in credibility by how the website looks, but can you show one that actually support it on a positive light?[QUOTE="zero_cool098"]

this is true but all the people paying for gold is off setting those costs, again think before you post! [QUOTE="Squeets"][QUOTE="LORDDICE1"]LORDDICE1
Um... Xbox Live Silver is free... and they get the same demo's Gold accounts get... So hmmm? Is Microsoft charging imaginary credit cards with imaginery money?
Maybe you should think before you post.
you do realize u cant play online with silver account, while with psn you get full access. They have every rite to charge who they want to charge for a service given, sony just happens to do it to publishers not to the consumers. Nothing shady at all[QUOTE="PinoyRoy"][QUOTE="TaintedEon"][QUOTE="ryank285"][QUOTE="PinoyRoy"]People have their different views on this, especially thee employees of EB/Gamestop and the customers. But styll, someone here said they don't put the real sealed games on the shevles or else they would get stolen. Why don't they justt put security on them like other stores, like Best Buy or something + Best Buy also has theirs on shelves, why can't EB/Gamestop do the same, maybe theres a reason, I don't know, I don't work their, and if someone on this forum does and knows why, pleasee explain. And also, I live heree in Canada where our Wal-Mart keeps their sealed games in glass shelves, so you can only take them out if you askk an employee. They should justt call EB/Gamestop 'Blockbuster' or whatever game/movie rental store you have near you, because they're almost identical. Both have opened cases as display cases, and both have 'all' used games, only difference, block buster charges $10 rent for a used game, where as EB/Gamespot charges new retail price for used games. I really don't wantt to hate on EB or their employees, but styll someone please explain. Becuase there could bee a good reason as to why they do what they do.ryank285
They do what they do because they can.
We don't charge a new retail price for used games, we charge five dollars less, and if you buy an edge card, you get 10% off ontop of that. Know what you're griping about before you gripe.
Noo. I'm talking boutt you charging, well EB/Gamestop, charging those opened games, and also the last copies, and those copies borrowed by employees the same price as a game that has not been opened. If they are going to do this, they should at least have a 5% discount.
and also, THAT NEW GAME SMELL. People touch these cases, and open them on the shelve, therefore removing them of the new game smell, therefore not being new, and should be considered a used game.
That's a bit much... your need for the "new game smell"... lol
it smells gross actually i hate it....its like sniffing burning plastic or something
