I agree with aajap. Xbox 360 did evolve over time but XBL was excellent a few years ago, but now I found it degraded due to having too much on one screen and your access to your friends lists had a few more steps. This of course is just XBL Live not including the hardware issues. I have 4 Xbox over 6 years add due to RROD which I heard for most consoles is about 30 to 60% failure rate.
A+ for innovation, but at the same time isn't that what PC are for??? I understand Value wants to close the gap between console gamers and PC gamers by using Steam Machines, but will it be enough market share to be successful? I will sticking with my pre-order PS4 since I prefer the games on PS4 over Xbone or Steam Machine.
MS just doesn't get it...they are in such denial like part of the 5 stages of dying: Denial, anger, bargain, depression and acceptance. They are at the first stage and have been there for some time.
I agree price isn't everything, but PS4 is $100.00 and is excellent value to the customer. MS just isn't see that because they believe the Xbone is the best and worth the $100.00. Just sad to see a company in a bad spot behind the 8 ball. Sony is a head in the race to win and MS isn't even at the gate yet!
I agree and excellent points. I think another issued which you touched on is that gamers believe that have a sense of "No one knows who I am so I can be jerk and get away with it". Also the sense of "titlement' mixed in with being self-centered...it is all about "ME" like Danny said. Last but not least "Cyver Bulling" is out of control in regards to comments of hate speech.
Don't get me wrong there are many great gamers out there, but as community as whole the "Bad" ones are ruining it for many others. I personally think the web site like gamespot and ign need to make some serious changes and to clean up the community and make it great.
