Anyone know what weapon attachments and customizations options will there be?

Also how do I resend invites to members said they didn't get them?

I am trying to start up a union and I get to the phase (step 2)of sending out my invites, but some ofmy members are getting "This union is no longer gathering charter members." Error Message; meanwhile, I have 7 people who are interested in joining and I only at the step 2, so I can"no longer gather members" when I am actually trying to gather my members? Does this happend when you send out your invites to level 2 members?

Is there explination to this and what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks
