What I think will happen is that Cersei will finally let go of her loyalty to her son and simply tell the truth of how he is a incestuous bastard and not the son of Robert Baratheon. This effectively strips him of the crown leaving a void that the weee "mother of dragons" can fill.

As a person working with deadlines I can recommend this. If your last 5-10 projects took 1-2 years longer to complete than you expected, then add that to the timeline in controlled steps.

That way you don't have to show up to the customer trying to explain how you, a supposed professional, miscalculated your work by 50-100%.
