@BiohazardXTREME the bigger the screen the more likely you are to tell the difference between resolutions. also, a higher resolution allows you to fit more on the screen, hence you effectively see more.
whether or not this matters to someone is purely subjective and up to them.

All I am saying is that it is plausible there are differences already, which could be even more robust 1 year down the line once developers learn more about their limits.

I think third party titles should work to their full potential on each set of hardware. otherwise companies would have little incentive to invest in better hardware than their competitors.
The Vita TV would be very very nice to have with the PS4. If you have 2 TVs in the house, e.g. one in the bedroom and one in the lounge, you can play your PS4 on both without having to move it. I like the concept.
