300 dollars? I named like 4 games. Maybe I just feel there isn't that amazing new IP ora sequel I've been really anticipating. It seems like all the blockbuster games like GOW 3, KZ2, Dead Space2, Dragon Age Origins2and the Last Guardian are all coming out late in winter or spring than before Christmas or in fall like usual.

Five games actually. I was figuring 60 bucks apiece :)

Seems like there's a little something for everyone in the coming lineup. What exactly are you looking for?

Maybe it's not that the games aren't good but I'm looking for something new. The games that really most impress me right now are Bioshock Infinite, Metal Gear Solid Rising, The Last Guardian, KZ 2 and Gears of War. I'm more in to SciFi than realistic war games like Call of duty or Medal of Honor and more in to story based games than mmorpgs or shooters that are more about internet competition than actual campaigns. I guess it doesn't help that I'm a Bioware, Valve, Irrational Games and Squeenix fanboy doesn't help. Not one has a big release coming out this season.

False King in Demons soul level drained me to the point of quitting the game. Too Human end boss was an exercise in frustration and respawning The last boss in Lost Planet was really hard too.GodModeEnabled

Demons souls tutorial was harder than most games final boss. My hardest boss was probably Bayonetta. I know a lot of people found the game very hard(which I didn't) but the final boss frustrated me to no avail. Revolver Ocelet was tough in MGS 4. Easiest boss had to be Daedilus in Resistance 2. Easiest boss fight ever. Well besides Final Fantasy bosses.

I'm a long time gamer and usually the fall and winter lineup is chock full of amazing games. This year seems to have nothing much besides sequals. I don't see one new IP that looks anything more than mediocre. Sure I'll check out Fallout Vegas, Fable 3, AC Brotherhood. Halo Reach and Castlevania but it seems every good game comes out in February and March and usually we don't have to wait until late Winter or Early Spring for all the kick ass games to come out. Late winter and spring does look especially good though.

next year is going to be an amazing year for video games. Can't believe no one is mentioning Gears of War III. 1. Mass Effect 2 2. BioShock 2 3. Final Fantasy XIII 4, Gears of War 3 5. Fallout 5 6. Fable 3

So my Xbox was working fine yesterday and today I wake up and try to play it but the light won't turn on. The Xbox turns on fine but controllers won't sync. Is this because the front light won't turn on? Does it mean it's fried? The front power and disc drive open buttons work but it will not let me sync my controllers.

Very happy also. I didn't think 12 was that bad just not as good as their prior offerings. Hopefully 13 will return FF to its prior greatness.

I'd go with Mass Effect also. To me Oblivion wasn't that good. Boring enemies, story and gameplay. Mass Effect has a tremendous story, great characters, and great villians but maybe you shouldn't take my word because Mass Effect may be my favorite game of the last 5 years.
