I'm sure this has been discussed before but I don't want to look through 307 pages. I got the white screen of death and was wondering what the service time will be. I was told to expect to wait for a week to get the shipping box, another week or two for repairs and another week to ship back. Is this about right and what is the repair price. I wish I wouldn't have lost my receipt I would of made it overheat on purpose to get a new one. I don't see why that is covered but disc drive failures aren't. I know just as many people with disc drive failures as the red ring of death.
