Fair review, I just got more inclined to buy this game, I can cope with all those negative aspects you pointed out. The writing sounds pretty good, so does the story.
This was the best Feedbackula you've ever done Jonny, and I have enjoyed most of them and I think it's awesome that you've spoken so directly and openly to the community. I do, however want to say something about GTA in general, I agree that GTA is misogynistic but I think it is also very discriminative on men, just as women are often portrayed as dumb, sex toys, men are portrayed as psychotic, violent serial killers and I think that it's just as bad. It's violent for both genders, not just women. I wish I could explain myself better but not only I see no point since this is going to be buried in comments pretty soon, I am also tired. I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say
