um pretty sure the government has been involved in more murders and other unjustifiable killings than video games ever will be. How about the violence we are fed every single day on every news channel and website? How about the violence we are taught in our school books? In your bible? In your fairy tales? Nope...let's continue to blame video games.
@C8M @jrmorgan23 so does my laptop, but the laptop will still function with the camera off. Take into account CISPA and the fact that all of these companies data will be shared with the government without probable cause and we all just got tossed to the bottom of the slippery slope. I am no fanboy, if the PS4 has the same function I will not be buying it. I'm getting too old to waste time on video games in the first place. If I have to literally jump through hoops and dance like a 4 year old to play games, then I just won't.
so...you rip the industry you are part of...say that there should be major improvements...and then leave the industry. Why not stick around and walk the walk? If the industry is suffering, and you think you have the answer, then make it happen. Give us a choice when buying games.
My vote will always go to Monsanto. They have infiltrated our government and our bodies, have bankrupted hundreds of small farmers and are on a mission to control every food source in the world. That's a little more important to all of us than a producer of video games.
