Every iteration of Windows since XP has taken functionality away from the user. I think they are trying for a more user friendly Windows experience, which is exactly what I don't want. Pretty soon there will be "wizards" for everything and you won't be able to customize anything anymore. perfect example is the "personalize" option that replaced the "properties" option going from xp to vista, you have to wade through so much crap dedicated to aesthetics to even get to device manager. Everything useful is hidden away in ridiculous sub menus.

Wow is just getting stale for me. They took all of the players out of the world, now everyone just sits in stormwind waiting for queue's. I am going to try the new expanision, but the LFR every 3-4 weeks is still too much at this point in my life. Just bought Rift though, we'll see where that goes.
It's basically WoW for people who are tired of WoW.shakmaster13
I guess that's all I really ever wanted.
I thought it was a no-name company until I found out the lead is an ex-Bioware employee.Gammit10
The same thing was said about Hellgate London and the ex-Blizzard employees. I am excited, even if they screw it up it's not going to mar the experience of the originals. But I so badly want this to not suck.

I'm subscribed to PC Gamer, I'm looking for a dedicated harware magazine. I was looking athttp://www.pcmag.com/, but it seems that any dedicated hardware magazines out there go into printers, scanners, cameras, E-readers, etc. just like the poster a couple of posts above mine said. Guess I will just have to settle on one =(
Which part of the world are you in? Im in the UK and read CustomPC, the best hardware mag i have found :)

I was JUST looking at custom pc, unfortunately it's going to be 80 euros for a US subscription.
I was looking for a PC hardware magazine that caters particularly to gaming. Anyone read PC hardware magazines and care to make a reccomendation? Didn't know if I should post this in OT or not, but thanks to anyone in advance.
Use SteamTool. I have the same hard drive configuration as yourself and I have been using it for quite some time. Basically it lets you transfer games between your hard drive and ssd, and then makes a shortcut to the folder in your steam directory so that steam thinks the content is installed where it should be. I don't know if it will work with non-steam games but it is worth a shot. Find it here
