I have Halo 4 and no live cuz I barley play online. It just sucks because the few times I feel like it I either pay sixty for a year or ten bucks for just a month. I only play online about once a month or so. It sucks to not have an option around that. It's not enough I bought an Xbox. I bought their game. I pay for Internet. I now have to pay just to play online? Or access services I'm already paying for like netflix.
@gungrave45 Love gungrave! On a differ note, online is free to every other console but Microsoft. It's far from superior as well, having gamed online on all three consoles and pc the online exp is practically the same.

@DatDirtyDawG Right? Lol. I used to go out and buy up old games I used to play, and quickly realized I can only stand playing it for 20 mins or so and I'm like, holy sheet, this is boring as duck.
@BonoBoy you just totally sold me on wanting one now. Im ten years younger than you but can relate to your statement of retreating to the bowels of your man cave. To get anything worth anything I have to devote a couple hours in there, I remember owning a psp and jumping right in to the fun whenever I had some downtime wherever I am. In this world of wait lists, holding on the phone for fifteen or twenty or riding in a taxi, I can get quick bursts of gaming with graphics on par with today's consoles (almost!) I'll be picking one up next paycheck indeed!
Nodashi said it perfectly and so I'll just repost. "I'm not sure why we should preserve games for the future. Much like movies, games are a mature media now. "Classics" will be preserved even by their fans or owners of copies. Lame games will (and should) disappear as time goes by."
