@Sardinar @iknowthepiecesf Whoov DayZ is not a "zombie head smasher" game guyz. That game is a life waster. I played it and it needs a lot, A LOT of time to master. And if you are not very familiar to the surroundings, if you did't memorize the houses with supplies, you will be dead in 2 minutes. So DayZ doesn't count. But The Last Of Us seems good enough however i think it will be a survival, not a an action game.
It's hard to believe it but there is no zombie game worth playing in the market. I mean zombie concept is very popular and easy to attain but search the market and let me know if there is one, just one game worth playing. God dammit, i wanna smash some zombie head with a shotgun! All we need is some newgen graphics, solid physix and lots of guns! It's not hard to get!
@jobo52 Yea yea, so you say. When television was invented, everyone thought it will kill the radio forever. When laptops invented everyone said it is the end of desktop pcs. How do you see them now? Technology can not kill it's own source. Just like radio, just like Desktop PCs, physical copies will never die and there will always be a market to buy them. Look at the sales numbers, digital sales are way down compared to physical copies. like 50 to 1. end of story.
Garriot does not need any cent of this amount of money to make games. He's already a multi millionaire and he hit the kickstarter just to see if people will buy a probable game. 1.9 million is good but Garriot will f*ck this up, i'm so sure about it. He's out of his days, game industry has moved on so far, Garriot is an old man. Go an back this games; Wasteland 2, Project Eternity or Torment Tides of Numenera via PayPal. Those games will be a much better choice.

@MoronGotMyName Did you know that Planescape had 1 million words in it, enough for an encyclopedia? Most of the novels don't have that. It has the deepest story ever written for a video game. Saying that it has a "shit" story is trolling, nothing more.
Wow! After that Rage disaster, they still can talk? I'm amazed. You remember Rage don't you? Game was good but only if you could make it work! Thousands of gamers were so pissed off when that game came out. My friend bought it and could never make it work. He was so pissed off that he was mailing id everyday, cursing and kicking and shouting:)
I'm an old gamer, i've played Wolfenstein 3d when it came out. I have learned english from games. ID was the greatest and Carmack was a superstar. I don't know what happened along the years but they are not the same now. Doom 4 is a bad idea, it will ruin the series. I think they should just leave the industry alone. Times are different now and they are not in the mood. Rebooting a game rings a bell in my mind. Rebooted games never hits the spot. Like D3, they will be something out of its line. Something somewhere went terribly wrong and they had to reboot it.

Planescape Torment is the best RPG ever made. This is solid. That game does not need any approval from anyone. It has proved itself through years. Anyone telling "it has a shit story" is a complete idiot and thats it.
