I take it you are using a 64 bit operating system? 4gb of ram won't work on a 32 bit op/sys.

Ok, I have a 8800gtx card and I am wandering what Nvidia will bring out next that will really knock the GTX down a few pegs. I am considering going SLI but will wait if Nvidia are bringing out a GTX killer.

Ya, but he said he had a low-end rig and you cant play any of these games on a low-end PC.

*PS: homebrew, do you make your own beers? Right on man! Been home brewing myself for three years now.

Yes I make my own beer and liquor. My favourite is Cherry liquor which I brew to about 20% alcohol which I believe is the most you can get without distilling. Delicious stuff.

you can, but don't play fps with gamepads !!!

I totally agree with you on that. I tried playing Crysis with my 360 gamepad and while it was optimized on the gamepad, you just can't beat a kb/mouse.

I gave up console gaming when I left school. I have been a PC gamer ever since and not looked back. Crysis is a joy to behold running at max on my 8800gtx.

Being as Crysis supports the 360 controller natively I thought I would give it a go. So I switched the display to my HD projector using a 92" screen, sit back on my couch and "relax" just like the console geeks and gave it a go. Well it came as no supprise that it feels handicaped compared to KB/mouse when it came to aiming. The other aspects of the control work ok like the nano suit control, and I like the way you can vary the pace at which you walk using the analoge stick which is usefull when hiding behing a corner and creeping out to scout the enemy (I wish someone would make a analoge WSAD keyboard). Back to KB and mouse now.

Year the ps3 is a bit of a let down to be honest. The 360 has had lost of great games this year. Even us PC gamesr have been spoiled with so many AAA titles this year! Come on Sony pull your finger out!

Neither. The PC has the most online players. So there.
