You forgot to mention the coolest part!

The SP / co-op is going to require lots of teamwork because of the nature of the enemies (tight, dark corridors where an attack can come from any direction from any amount of aliens at any time). The preview mentions one part where 4 players might need to go down a corridor. The best way to advance might be having the guy w/ the flamethrower take the lead, 2 guys with pulse rifle covering each flank, and the last player stay back a ways with the motion detector and pistol out(the side-arms are pretty much only for having some defense while using a gadget).

They then described coming into a large room and having player 4's motion detector go crazy, with dozens aliens all of a sudden advancing from all sides. The only way to survive this encounter is to have all the player use their unique skills and hustle like crazy to prepare for the assault. 1 player seals the door behind them, another closes up as many vents as possible, while another set up an auto turret. If all the players aren't working together to do this, you will quickly get overwhelmed from all sides and probably lose the following battle! Then after the action clears, you and your team are clear to begin advancing again.

Now that just sounds awesome!

^^^OR you could just use this site, probably better and it's free!

You should note that this quest really sucks and can get glitched. If you don't have a recent save that you can go back to, you might want to spend like $2 to download Deepscorn Hollow, it is one of the hide-out plug-ins that includes an easy vampire cure.

^^^ No, the house plug-ins are official down-load content made available from Bethesda. On XBL they are listed right where you can download Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine (each house is like $2)... So I'm guessing the same is true on PS3? Although I know that Knights of the Nine was on the disc from the start on the PS3 version so maybe these where included as well.

Besides the two expansions, on XBL you can download 4 different special house. 1 meant for a magic user, 1 for a thief/stealth character, 1 for a warrior, and 1 for an evil character (which is the one I mentioned in the above post about having an easy vampire cure). Then there was some other useless stuff like the infamous horse armor. I would be really surprised if this content wasn't either already on the PS3 version, or down-loadable off of the PS store.

[QUOTE="gintheplacetobe"]

I thought the MP demo was lots of fun. 50 player matches lag-free, yes please.

MY only problem is that this game and Vegas 2 (and Bad Company?) come out so close together. Too many good MP FPS games. Too little time.

blazinindyanboy

there is a multiplayer demo for this game on ps3 in psn in usa right now?!?

No, it was on XBL.

Awesome site anyway. You should bookmark it.

Here's the specific page that should help you out...

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Vampire_Cure

There is some info about possible glitches near the bottom.

And if you are really desperate, you can always down-load Deepscorn Hollow, the "evil" house plug-in similar to the Wizard's Tower. It has a vampire cure inside that doesn't require doing the quest.

I'd trade Halo 3 for Lost Odyssey any day. I don't see myself ever playing H3 again.
