the only things about the APC are..

a) you'll have the possibility of getting a dumbass driver.

b) it probably won't fill up. How often does the dropship fill up? The mentality seems to be, 'if you can't pilot it, don't bother.'

I remember in Battlefield 2, the match would often begin with a bunch of people rushing into a helicopter, having it take off, and then the horrible realization that the pilot has no idea how to fly the helos in the game. You were then lucky if you could parachute out before they crashed in to a side of a building. :P

Sounds interesting but we'll see how things actually pan out. As a long time gamer I've learned that reality is never as good as fantasy. Remember how gimmicky the environment damage was in the first game?capthavic

Yeah I remember it only being useful in a handful of areas, but for the most part it was just looked cool visually.

This sounds like it will have a much larger impact on the gameplay.
