I dont know if Danny ever reads his comments, but just in case he does:
This, along with GTA diaries, is my favourite show on gamespot (although due to lack of recent episodes, i now have a new liking to house of horrors, Torture Chamber and skyrim mods, even though i really dislike skyrim!). However, I think these Hatoful Boyfriend episodes have overstayed their welcome, and im glad its coming to an end. Im liking there will be one a week from now on :D (Is it going to be Danny all the time, or a guest host some weeks)
Also, I dont know if you take suggestions, but i think it would be amusing if you played some old favourites of people that you havent played before to see the power of nostalgia. For example, my two favourite games on the Mega Drive were Michael Jackson, Moonwalker, and Home Alone (the version when you go around on your sleigh, set traps and create weapons). I would love to see a random encounter on one of those, one because ill still enjoy the games today, and two because they are both unique and make for some entertaining shows (IMO :) )
@canuckbiker ahh did they? not been watching the show long, needed something to fill my random encounter void. Flicked through the episodes and couldnt see it :/
Then i would say the suffering, but i imagine thats now a little dated...
Danny, my opinion is similar to yours on the Wii U, I want one, but its struggling to give me a reason to buy one. I almost caved with mario 3d world, and got the deal from the nintendo site, if only for the free mario hat!
I still have black flag to finish, plus ive got back into Street Fighter and MVC, and I bought final fantasy 7 8 9 and wild arms on PSN, plus with fallout and rainbow 6 vegas i bought in the xbox sale not long ago i should have enough. Ill get the wii u for mario kart/zelda/smash bros/whichever comes first...
@derekscorp agreed, its amazing that they cannot see how immature and childish people are being while accusing a game of being immature and childish..
I still play the "macho" games (GoW 2 time must have exceeded 100 hours multiplayer) but i have a lot more fun with other games. I tend to avoid slating other games, but zelda was a game i couldnt put down, while the last of us i had to convince myself to pick up, thinking that some point it would stop giving me hip high walls to hide behind in a pattern with bricks and bottles lying around with zombies/people in the way. when that got boring (and i realised it was completely uneccessary), stealth went out the window and just ran round with the shotgun.Dont get me wrong, it was fun, but not exactly enthralling. Also i dont get why people say the ending is amazing... its just one big massive shoot out, then it just ends (trying not to spoil it for people who still want to play it). i believe its one of the worst endings since eternal sonata.
But thats just me, TLOU was fun in places but I had a lot more fun playing zelda :)
