Not every game is made for every gamer. I love the Souls series, personally; but many, many would not ever see why I like it.

Please do, by all means. This visuals look great - when they work.

If you are concerned about a single key aspect of the game and not the game an whole then perhaps it's not the review at fault.

@evildead6789 @Kevin-V I think the flaw is that you pair age with finer taste.

It's as if you forgot that we had to buy games before reviews and the internet. It was a gamble, and most games were complete crap.

Games today are better then ever - if there is ever a game break bug you no longer have to throw the cartridge away.


This game simply isn't good.

Being older doesn't necessarily equate to finer taste - if anything it opens up a wider taste for more things. This simply isn't a debate.

AKA what's good. Video games aren't exactly a science. It's more of an art.

Sure you could argue that a painting you see you simply can't agree with - but that doesn't mean you have a poor eye for excellent art.
In fact, the more art you see, the better idea you would form to as an basis for what both yourself and others may or may not like.

This is also known as experience.
Video games are no different and Kevin is a very experienced game reviewer.


You can take his word - or don't. The point still stands: he has an better idea of what a good game is than most. The entire point of an review is more akin to a buyers guide.


If you want to buy this crap game anyway; by all means, do so.

Why is it that Sony, an exclusive console company now that they have sold their PC business, makes more games for PC then Microsoft? A company that made all it's money on PC.
