Not sure if this has been brought up yet, but in a recent issue of Batman Beyond batman tells McGuiness how to take out all of the new justice league. I'm pretty sure he said he's had to take down the entire justice league before. Anyways, I'm a batman fanboy, so I wouldn't admit it even if people said he could be defeated.
I don't think so, I work at gamestop and we don't take them at all. I'm pretty sure the key is one time use, and pretty much the only part of the games value. You aren't paying for the disk, you are paying for that code.
I can see why there is a lot of hate towards the idea, and I could see it failing badly, but I can also see potential.
The darkness was one of my favorite games this generation, I can see it being very similar with a super powered antihero. I think it would be more likely to be a spin off, I'd prefer that anyways, I don't want Mercer to be the star of a game like that when guns are stupid worthless in prototype so far.
I don't really think anyone is, the industry is better than it ever has been. I grew up in the days of Genesis, and I have fond memories of the great games I used to play. I got really lucky to experience the ones I did, but looking back I see for every sonic there were 3 or 4 Batman Forever games. For every mario there was an E.T.
Quality has increased exponentially, and unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately?, probably not...) so have gamers expectations. Its rare that I enjoy a game likee I used to years ago, its not just because I'm growing up either, its because the industry has changed so much.

[QUOTE="rybe1025"]Well my point at the start was I was laughing at a PS3 fan acting like the only reason some do not buy a PS3 is because they can not afford one and I said how crazy that is. It seems you are trying to prove him right or me wrong but I do not understand how. Again all systems have great games while the 360 and the PC have more games and better games according to the critics. So many people would prefer to choose those systems instead. The 360 is the same price as the PS3 so I do not understand how you are acting like I am wrong. You are arguing the point that people do not buy PS3s because they can not afford them.rybe1025
u could have addressed me but whatever.....all i said was that is A...let me say it again A REASON why people I KNOW have yet to buy a ps3.
I quoted your remark so I did respond to you. If the people you know are buying their first console and can afford a 360 but not afford a PS3 they are full of it. They may be just telling you that because they understand you are a huge PS3 fan and do not want to bother with a debate/fight. They probably just prefer the 360 game library or they are bad at math since the 2 consoles cost the same. If you are talking about owning a 360 and then not being able to afford a PS3 that is different. Its not like they can take the $300 they spent on 360 and get a PS3 with it. They spent the $300, I have more funds now than normal, maybe I'll buy something cool, that doesn't mean 6 months from now I'll be in the same boat...Well my point at the start was I was laughing at a PS3 fan acting like the only reason some do not buy a PS3 is because they can not afford one and I said how crazy that is. People have an easier time justifying a purchase of a computer if they don't already have one thats its working order, and if they have two computers they will logically not buy another unless its a good price that would justify it.
Still, if you are responsible with your money, you won't be purchasing things just because you have enough money for it, people like to have a surplus of money.

Yeah, not really sure why people find it shocking there are people out there who can't just drop down $300 for an entertainment machine.
