How naive can you get!? Asking for $400,000 to do a web-series using Square's IP? The stupidity of some people amazes me.
Anyways, I'm just off to do an HD Sonic the Hedgehog remake and live action webisodes on YouTube, just as soon as I get my half a miliion crowd-funding on Kickstarter. I'm sure no one will have a problem with that...
The review pretty much sums it up, which is a shame as I was hoping for something to rival VtMB. The main thing that bugged me about this game was how the enemies were placed purely to make things awkward - having a load of guards all focused around one choke point is not fun or challenging, just frustrating. Played for an hour, uninstalled.
@jimbo102671 Why is that a bad thing? If I've been playing a game for a few days/weeks or even months, I feel like I should support the devs with a microtransaction or two.
@Stasiss13 It doesn't. It means free-to-play for most of the game, and if you're at a point when you feel like you need to 'pay-to-win', then frankly you should pay something as you've probably been playing for quite some time, and got a lot of enjoyment from it.
"Fortunately we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity; it's called Xbox 360".
ie - don't buy our new console. Really, did he actually just SAY that!? How desperate. Microsoft's PR team must have done a collective facepalm at that one.
As a PC gamer I enjoy sitting back and watching the big two jibing at each other. It's a shame Microsoft have made it so easy for Sony to mock them with videos like these due to their policies. I mean seriously, Privacy options for a HARDWARE console?!, forced connections every 24 hours for offline games and a used games policy that's clear as mud. Oh and it's £79 more expensive.
MS better have some damn fine exclusives if they want to salvage any dignity from E3.
