I think that if sales are low then Microsoft will eventually rescind these restrictions but it may be a bit late because people will be say **** them since they did it from the get go

My daughters mother said to me when it was released," you know they have a wii add on" and I said its a new system and she said oh really I thought it was just an add on ... oh well too bad .... I'll get one when the price goes down and some great games come out other than that im getting a ps4 and a new 70 inch aquous tv
@Acekidder @greenballer we know you don't even believe what you just said.. The specs don't lie at all and Microsoft doesn't have the better system and guess what im not a fan boy. I love video games period. I personally don't see why everybody seems to support one company or console. I like Nintendo, sony Microsoft apple steam etc because I like games but the x1 is not the better system at all and in the end you have to deal with it just like the rest of us
The consumer should not be charged directly. Gamestop and other retailers should be charged. They should have it where they have to re-register the game and receive a new code to give to the customer. So if gamestop or whomever sells the game to the consumer for 20 bucks per se then they owe the publisher a cut of whatever profit is made through the sale. As for loaning games to a friend or re-selling on craigslist/ebay etc then the publisher has to figure something else or just say **** it lol
I dont mind nintendo but sometimes they have to listen to what the consumer is clamoring for ya know? If they know the people wanted a system with graphics on par with the new ps4 and xbox 720 then nintendo should have made a system with near graphic capabilities. The wii u tablet controller isnt the problem because they have traditional controllers for the platform. The people wanted similar graphics. As we can see so did the programmers who arent supporting the system. Look at all those upcoming games that are not being released for the wii u. If it had similar graphical power then those games would be coming out on the system and more systems would have been sold to date. Im pretty sure i wouldve bought one sooner or later.
