i play flight sims like IL-2 ect and have been useing a cyborg for a couple of years. thay are very good for the mony and so far durable. plenty of buttons and the twist stick is great because it does not force you to buy peddles. of the cheaper sticks on the market it is probly the best.

at the time farcry came out it was all that and then some. i loved the first half. the secound half with the monsters was not as much fun imho. the graphics were great and stand up well IMO even now. the AI was good to start with but regreased into fixed artillary and run up and shoot in the later parts of the game.

like i have been sayn for awhile. now. PC gameing is fast becomeing an elitist hobbie. less and less people are willing or able to put the kinda mony into PC hardwear that it takes to make it realy injoyable. thus less users = less sales = less games being made for PC's. its only going to get worse if things keep on the way thay have been going. plus the ease in wich PC games can be pirated is not helping. the PC side of gameing IMHO realy needs to restructure itself if it wants to grow and not shrink as it has been doing for some time. seems all the time that retailers are takeing away more and more shelf space from PC games. the local gamestop years ago had over a 1/4 of there prime wall space devoted to pc games. put on in promanent displays. now the same store has the PC games cramed togather in a small back corner of the store behind stands of used games. and there not very organized. wall marts in my area are the same. used to there were nearly two full shelves of PC games. nearly the same space that was devoted to all the consoles combind. now its down to half a shelf. most all other game retailers have given up on them all togather. only best buy seems to have a decant set up ad i would not set foot in best buy unless no other options were avalible lol.

i my self have been toying with the idea of giveing up on PC gameing and going back full time to consoles. only thing stoping me is the fact that i have no HD TV and for the price of a 360/PS3 and a half way decant HDtv  i might as well build another PC.And other than games i would not use the HDtv much as im in a small town and the local cabel has no HD channels. but as that changes and HDdvd/blue ray becomes the standerd ill buy a HDtv then  .....

every thing is fine but the ram. 512 is going to horribly hurt your FPS and cause alot of stutters. you should be able to find a stick of 512 for 30 to 50 bucks...it will be well worth it. and oblivion is one game i would recommend spending the extra to be able to play we..

[QUOTE="Wild_Card"][QUOTE="1Lonehawk"][QUOTE="Wild_Card"] i dont pirate at all. but yea i agree the price of keeping up to date rigs is stupid. not so bad for people who live in large citys that can make lots of cash. 2k might not seem like so much but in smaller towns ect were the pay scale is alot lower high priced items are haredr to get. Guggu

Hm. I have been using computers for over 10 years. I've gone through five of them (I'm not one of these people that feels they "have" to upgrade every 6 months), my last computer lasting me 5 years before I bought a new one. I have never spent more than $900.00 on a computer. My point being that the price of comps are not stupid, they are only made stupid by people who are never satisfied or just have to have the latest of everything all the time. THEN it becomes a very costly hobby. But don't try to even that computer prices are some sort of justification for piracy...please.

Dont pirate games, suport the industry that makes games FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.
if the developers get more money, we get better games. Samulies

Um, no, they make games to make money...period. Your second sentence leans more to being correct though, or at least one would hope. :P

Singleplayer + NO or Weak multiplayer = Pirate

Singleplayer + great multiplayer = Lots of sales

Great multiplayer = Lots of sales

It's really that easy _Pedro_

I have to say, I agree totally with that one. Bottom line though, there is no justification for piracy. It's stealing and it's wrong...period. Of coarse, the REAL problem isn't piracy, it's people. Too many people don't care about right and wrong, they only care about their own selfish desires, that's the real problem. By the looks of things today, it's a problem that ain't gonna end any time soon. Sad really.

5 pc's in 10 yeras at 900 or so a pop.4500 bucks. yea thats IMO stupid priceing. dont try to BS me my friend. and i was not impling a danged thing so you can STFU about that. 900$ for a decant rig is about right as long as you dont have to buy a monitor, keybord, mouse, speakers or OS. and even then by the end of a two year period you will be haveing to cut WAY back on graphics and needing to ballence and tweak to keep FPS up. for some 900$ every 2 or 3 years not counting needing any upgrades might not so bad for somebut for many it is high as the ratio of console gamers vs PC gamers shows.

Am I the only one who have issues understanding what he just wrote? O.o

then your worse off than me.i was in a hurry and my spelling may have been off but a half retarded chimp could read and comprehend what i said. or are you just being a a**hat eather way STFU if thats the best you can come up with
