@fattycoles Dude I've never seen anyone be so resourceful towards Borderlands and Brothers in Arms in both time and money dedicated for other games. Slow claps.*
@fredyellowone Yeah I hear ya. It's become more of a serious business due to their success but some developers are still really passionate about their games and process.
@darkteddi Nintendo's self sustaining attitude is the only reason why there's no choice but for 1st party stuff on their console. The indie developers would benefit so much if they just opened up the opportunities especially to someone like Media Molecule or Telltale who understand both the console and have a pretty clear vision.
Well it's funny how she's contradicting herself by pointing out the exact reason of why it won't work but yet hopes that they will one day. Game based movies especially ones that allow the player to forge that intimate connection with the world and characters are doomed to their own cause if they look to transfer their success on the big screen. In the case of massive RPG's like ME especially where the 50-60 hour experience is truncated to 2 hours.
@Gump_the_Great Yup. Open the Nintendo fan flood gates. I see what he's saying but this is just an example of why Nintendo needs to provide better AAA incentives so that 3rd parties can't say NO.
